Resource, Planning and Administration (RPA)
RPA group is responsible for the management and planning of the Technology department resources in budget, personnel and industrial support. RPA group is responsible of the general administration of the department.
- Planning and Management of departmental resources, both materiel (including industrial support) and personnel (all categories)
- Consolidation of planning data (materiel and personnel) at sectorial level
- Implementation and use of advanced management tools
- Representation of the department for administrative matters in CERN-wide bodies
- Information and communication
- General administration of the department, including group secretariats
